Usually, parked cars occupy the appropriate spaces next to the doors houses. If the parking space is not reserved, it can be difficult to find a free space. In the evening the street lamps and the lights coming from the houses windows or from the headlights of the other cars illuminate the stationary cars and create ghostly shadows on the wall,but when the lights are off the shadows also disappear.

Di solito le automobili parcheggiate occupano gli appositi spazi accanto all’ingrasso delle abitazioni. Se il posteggio non è riservato può essere difficile trovare un posto libero. Di sera i lampioni e le luci provenienti dalle finestre o dai fari delle altre macchine illuminano le vetture e creano spettrali ombre sul muro, ma quando le luci sono spente anche le ombre spariscono.
