Hive course for beginners
We recently had the opportunity to participate in the free Hive for Beginners course, organized by our cuhiver @newnow497 who dedicated himself with great passion and managed to convene important personalities from different countries such as Venezuela, Mexico, Spain and Cuba with great experience in this world. The course lasted 7 days in which each professor gave us their knowledge and advice on different communities and the main dApps.
So that you can know the intensity and quality of the course, I will tell you that we learned from the Hispapro and Aliento communities, as well as from topics such as cooking, NFT games, humanities, fashion, photos, architecture, crafts, among others. We also met the main dAapps Ecency, PeakD, Liketu and 3speak.
They explained us the important rules of Hive, how to make the posts, know the markdown, take into account the tags and sources to avoid plagiarism, something very condemned in this platform, this is one of its great values, since each publication has to be original and demonstrate the sentimental and human values of each one.
At the end of the course we were invited to a contest to demonstrate the knowledge acquired always taking into account doing something that we are passionate about. One of my passions is to enjoy the beauty of my environment and our Havana is worthy of admiration and pride of all Cubans.
What better reason to take a walk through a beautiful area of Havana that we rarely do my husband and I, because we are always busy with our work and with the routines of our lives. So, this is another reason to thank Hive. But let's look at them with other eyes, join us.
Curso Hive para principiantes
Recientemente tuvimos la oportunidad de participar en el curso Hive para principiantes, totalmente gratis, organizado por nuestro cuhiver @newnow497 quién se dedicó con mucha pasión y logró convocar a importantísimas personalidades de diferentes países como Venezuela, México, España y Cuba con gran experiencia en este mundo. El curso se realizó por 7 días en los cuales cada profesor nos regaló sus conocimientos y consejos sobre diferentes comunidades y las principales dApps.
Para que conozcan la intensidad y calidad del curso les diré que aprendimos de las comunidades Hispapro y Aliento, así como de temas de cocina, juegos NFT, humanidades, modas, fotos, arquitectura, manualidades, entre otras. También conocimos las principales dAapps Ecency, PeakD, Liketu y 3speak.
Nos explicaron las reglas importantes de Hive, como realizar los post, conocer el markdown, tener en cuenta las etiquetas y las fuentes para evitar que se haga plagio, algo muy condenado en esta plataforma, este es uno de sus grandes valores, ya que cada publicación tiene que ser original y demostrar los valores sentimentales y humanos de cada cual.
Al finalizar el curso nos invitaron a un concurso para demostrar los conocimientos adquiridos siempre teniendo en cuenta hacer algo que nos apasione. Una de mis pasiones es disfrutar la belleza de mi entorno y nuestra Habana es digna de admiración y orgullo de todos los cubanos.
Que mejor razón para realizar un paseo por una zona hermosa de la Habana que muy pocas veces hacemos mi esposo y yo, debido a que siempre estamos ocupados por nuestros trabajos y por las ocupaciones de rutina de nuestras vidas. Así que, este es otro de los motivos para agradecer a Hive. Pero vamos a mirarlos con otros ojos, acompáñennos.
On the Marvelous Real
We start our walk in the morning hours by Prado and Malecon. Today the day is splendid, the sun radiant and the sea with an extremely beautiful blue color. In this same corner we are admiring a whole set of natural and architectural beauties, the blue sea, the bay, the Morro Castle, the Prado walk and the impressive Malecon.
Lo Real Maravilloso
Comenzamos nuestro paseo en horas de la mañana por Prado y Malecón. Hoy el día está espléndido, el sol radiante y el mar con un color azul extremadamente bello. En esta misma esquina estamos admirando todo un conjunto de bellezas naturales y arquitectónicas, el mar azul, la bahía, el Castillo del Morro, el paseo del Prado y el impresionante malecón.
Along the boardwalk we can appreciate all kinds of buildings of different construction styles. In this environment we find true architectural gems, among them we can admire the Hotel Paseo del Prado, which is an example of recovery and reuse of old structures combined with new technologies, in its reconstruction resistant materials to saltpeter and strong winds were used, it has a glass facade and a majestic design that resembles the prow of a ship, it is a real spectacle to the sight of all.
Buildings near the sea are subject to a very aggressive environment given by the air that whips directly from the sea that contains water and salt particles that cause erosion, oxidation and corrosion of structures in general, both those that cover the walls and the metal structures that are the support of the buildings.
This is the reason why, next to the majesty of the above mentioned hotel, we also observe buildings very damaged by the aggressiveness of the environment, others are in the process of reconstruction and also buildings have been lost that have given way to the creation of parks and open spaces with sculptures that invite you to reflect.
A lo largo del malecón podemos apreciar todo tipo de edificaciones de diferentes estilos constructivos. En este entorno nos encontramos verdaderas joyas arquitectónicas, entre ellas podemos admirar el Hotel Paseo del Prado, que es un ejemplo de recuperación y de aprovechamiento de estructuras antiguas combinadas con nuevas tecnologías, en su reconstrucción se emplearon materiales resistentes al salitre y a los fuertes vientos, tiene una fachada de cristal y un diseño majestuoso que asemeja a la proa de un barco, es un verdadero espectáculo a la vista de todos.
Las edificaciones cerca del mar están sometidas a un ambiente muy agresivo dado por el aire que azota directamente desde el mar que contiene partículas de agua y sal que provocan la erosión, oxidación y corrosión de las estructuras en general, tanto las que recubren las paredes como las estructuras metálicas que son el sostén de los edificios.
Es por esta razón que junto a la majestuosidad del mencionado hotel también observamos edificaciones muy dañadas por la agresividad ambiental, otras están en proceso de reconstrucción y también se han perdido edificios que han dado lugar a la creación de parques y espacios abiertos con esculturas que te invitan a reflexionar.
The popular legend is that this 14-story building has its balconies in the shape of a coffin because the architect lost a 14-year-old son in the waters of the sea right in front of it. I don't know if this sad story is true, I fulfill my duty to transmit it so that it lasts until the contrary is proven.
Cuenta la leyenda popular que este edificio de 14 pisos tiene sus balcones en forma de ataúd debido a que el arquitecto perdió un hijo de 14 años en las aguas del mar justo al frente del mismo. No sé si será cierta esta triste historia, cumplo mi deber de transmitirla para que perdure mientras se demuestre lo contrario.
I've passed by this area on the bus before and admired the beauty of a steel sculpture that's impressive for the strong expression on its face, which can be both sad and femininely sensual at the same time. It was a gift from Cuban sculptor Rafael San Juan in honor of our classical ballet dancers and is placed in a space where a building used to be.
So, of course, I couldn't miss the opportunity to see it up close and share these photos with you that fill me with pleasure. I also observed a high degree of oxidation on its entire structure. Curiously, now that I look at the photos I took, I have the impression that it's a pained face with a swan's neck on a ballet slipper, in this way it could reflect the main characteristics of these admirable dancers.
En ocasiones anteriores he pasado en autobús por esta zona y he admirado la belleza de una escultura hecha de acero que impresiona por la fuerte expresión de su rostro que puede ser además tristeza y a la vez tiene sensualidad femenina. Fue un regalo del escultor cubano Rafael San Juan en honor a nuestras bailarinas de Ballet clásico y está colocada en un espacio donde antes hubo un edificio.
Por tanto, no podía faltar en este paseo contemplarla de cerca y poder compartir con ustedes estas fotos que me llenan de placer. También observé un alto grado de oxidación en toda su estructura. Curiosamente ahora que observo las fotos que tomé, tengo la impresión de que es un rostro adolorido con cuello de cisne sobre una zapatilla de ballet, de esta forma pudiera reflejar las principales características de estas admirables bailarinas.
As a curiosity, you can still see remains of the malecon baths that the residents used to enjoy the sea, they were pocetas between the rocks and they also had a roof.
Como curiosidad, aun se pueden observar vestigios de los baños del malecón que usaban los habitantes para disfrutar del mar, eran pocetas entre las rocas y que tenían techo también.
