Saludos mis apreciados amigos, un placer estar nuevamente con ustedes en esta maravillosa comunidad amante de la arquitectura y el diseño, es propicio esta ocacion para compartir con ustedes un paseo que realize en compañia de mi hijo a uno de los centros comerciales de esta ciudad que lleva por nombre Elymar nombre Femenino por cierto espero se sietan muy bien y pomganse comodos mientras entre lineas les describo parte del recorrido.
This shopping center is located on Bolivar Avenue in the capital of Guárico state, San Juan de los Morros. It is a very large building. este centro comercial esta ubicado en la avenida Bolivar de la capital del estado Guárico, san juan de los morros, es una edificacion muy amplia en la foto principal puede distinguirse que cuenta con múltiples niveles un total de 04 para ser exacta, de igual manera se puede apreciar que es un edificio muy colorido, su frente en acabado de ceramica color morado y por casualidades mi color favorito.

su diseño interno se puede apreciar que es de manera mixta, pero por su estilo me parece como colonial, sobre todo por la forma que estan colocados los ladrillos en el acabado de las escaleras, podemos observar que en este grandioso centro comercial existen múltiples tiendas, el cual lo hace mas agradable al momento de visitarlo, me encanta la ceramica coñor blanca que esta en el piso, de igual manera los cristales que separan una tienda de otra en el nivel principal o primer nivel por decirlo de alguna u otra forma, en esta propuesta arquitectónica realizada.

me encanta mucho el lugar es muy agradable, algo que lo hace atractivo son sus inmensas ventanas que por el cual el lugar se mantiene bastante iluminado con la luz natural de nuestro astro rey, de igual forma fresco por la brisa que corre por sus pasillos, de igual manera se puede observar a traves de estas ventanas y contemplar el horizonte de san Juan sus edificios sus morros y la gente que va caminando que vienen y van.

otro punto importante de este centro comercial es que posee un estacionamiento interno, el cual facilita el acceso al lugar a las personas que vienen a el en vehiculos, debido a que por encontrarse en una avenida principal cuenta con mucho trafico vehicular y este estacionamiento brinda mas seguridad a los usuarios y usuarias de este edificio ya que dejarlo afuera es un riesgo por multiples factores. ah ustedes que les parece este centro comercial amigos? en mi opinion me encanta el lugar y si le preguntas a mi hijo te dira que le gusta mas ya que en el lugar venden unos helados que le encantan, y cada vez que venimos a este centro comercial el ya sabe donde queda esta tienda y va derechito hacia ella por su helado.
