[ESP] PROPUESTA DE REMODELACIÓN Y ADECUACIÓN DE LA EDIFICACIÓN DENOMINADA LA CHURUATA EN UN AULA MÚLTIPLE PARA LA CAPACITACIÓN DE CAMPESINOS.
[ENG] PROPOSAL OF REMODELING AND ADEQUACY OF THE BUILDING CALLED LA CHURUATA IN A MULTIPLE CLASSROOM FOR THE TRAINING OF PEASANTS.
La propuesta a continuación fue realizada con la finalidad de remodelar, adecuar y acondicionar una edificación estructural tipo Churuata en un aula múltiple, espacio ideado para charlas, actividades practicas y deposito con la finalidad de aportar a los campesinos un programas de agricultura rural y urbana, la producción de especies e insumos necesarios (Plantas, semillas, humus, compost, fertilizantes y controladores biológicos de plagas y malezas).
The proposal below was made with the aim of remodeling, adapting and conditioning a Churuata-type structural building in a multiple classroom, space designed for talks, practical activities and deposit in order to provide farmers with a rural and urban agriculture programme, the production of necessary species and inputs (Plants, seeds, humus, compost, fertilizers and biological pest and weed controllers).
La churuata ha permanecido sin trabajadores durante largos meses y por ende se encuentra sucia, no posee las condiciones necesarias para preparar y educar a los campesinos debido a que al momento de su construcción se pensó como un área de recreación para los trabajadores que hacen vida en la institución.
The churuata has remained without workers for long months and is therefore dirty, does not have the necessary conditions to prepare and educate the peasants because at the time of its construction it was thought as a recreation area for workers who make life in the institution.
Para hacer posible esta propuesta comencé con una inspección del lugar elaborando varios croquis a mano donde obtuve las medidas reales necesarias para el levantamiento de los planos.
To make this proposal possible I started with an inspection of the place by drawing several sketches by hand where I obtained the actual measures necessary for the lifting of the plans.
La edificación tiene una dimensión de 8,27 metros de largo por 10,88 metros de ancho, contemplando un área de 89,97 metros cuadrados aproximadamente. La edificación posee perfil rectangular de acero estructural, perfil cuadrado de acero estructural los cuales están unidos por ángulos y soldadura. Posee paredes de bloques con altura de 1 metro las cuales cubren 21,93 metros lineales.
The building has a dimension of 8.27 meters long by 10.88 meters wide, contemplating an area of approximately 89.97 square meters. The building has a rectangular profile of structural steel, square profile of structural steel which are joined by angles and welding. It has walls of blocks with height of 1 meter which cover 21.93 linear meters.
Para esta propuesta de remodelación se requiere de la demolición de paredes existentes para darle más amplitud al área, además de ello también reemplazar la fachada. Se colocarán nuevas cerámicas así como piezas sanitarias y luminarias, pintura al lugar, puertas, marcos y ventanas de romanilla.
This remodeling proposal requires the demolition of existing walls to give more spaciousness to the area, in addition to it also replacing the facade. New ceramics will be placed as well as sanitary parts and luminaires, on-site paint, doors, frames and romanilla windows.
