Todos los días de mi vida me voy conociendo un poco más, debo decir que aun en mis 51 años no termino de conocerme por completo, solo lo que sé, es que llevo dentro de mí, mis emociones y sentimientos lo mejor que puedo; pero el cómo vaya a reaccionar ante eventos que ni por asomo he pensado en vivir, no sabría como reaccionaria, como por ejemplo Dios guarde, el defender a uno de mis hijos de algún peligro, no sabría hasta donde llegaría para defenderlos, lo que si sé, es que lo haría sin chistar, es por eso que digo que me reconozco en lo habitual, lo normal, pero no sé qué haría ante algo imprevisto, lo que si se es que trataría de ver las diferentes alternativas que tendría a disposición y trataría de tomar la más asertiva en pro de mi bienestar y de los míos. Pero, hay que tomar en cuenta que somos humanos y vivimos en un constante aprendizaje y para ello debemos errar en muchas ocasiones, no somos perfectos; lo que si se es que en mi caso, reacciono en función del nivel de importancia que una persona tenga en mi vida y mis valores personales, soy muy emocional y sentimental, por lo tanto, he tratado de mantener a raya los impulsos que en ocasiones me quieren ganar y trato de sosegarme, tranquilizarme y ver las cosas como si fuera un espectador, quien mira la situación desde afuera, bajo una óptica menos personal, para no dejar que estas emociones y sentimientos se apoderen de mí y me deje llevar por la parte mala de ellos, como la ira, la frustración, la decepción, la tristeza desmedida, y paremos de contar. También soy de las personas, que he aprendido a darle el lugar a las personas en mi vida que se merecen, aunque me ha costado muchas decepciones, tristezas, frustraciones, impotencia e ira. Entonces de mí, recibirás lo que me hayas brindado, si son cosas buenas, recibirás cosas buenas, si son dañinas, recibirás, indiferencia, distancia. Todo sea por mi bienestar emocional, he aprendido a darme prioridad. Así es que cuando sucede algún episodio, donde hay algún roce, que es parte de la convivencia y del compartir, ya saben que esperar, entienden que me voy a comunicar, que no me voy a callar lo que pienso y que expondré mi opinión, sentir o posición claramente, como para que no les quede duda en como esta la situación jejejeje, si no hago esto, siento que estoy como atragantada ja, ja, ja, así es que por mi bienestar, suelto eso de la mejor manera posible. Una vez que hago esto, puedo respirar y seguir siendo yo, es como si me drenara el alma jajajaja, entonces allí hago una pausa, me retiro me tomo una pausa y dejo un espacio de reflexión para mí, como para la otra persona y generalmente esto me ha ayudado a mantener sanas mis relaciones. Aunque, ha habido ocasiones, en que estos tips no han funcionado, porque el otro o este se ha negado a comunicarse o a oír, como por ejemplo, con los hijos, eso pasa mucho; en estos días me ha pasado bastante con ellos, tengo una hija de 29 y otra de 15, otro de 11 y es pasar de un extremo al otro, son diferentes personalidades y niveles de madurez diferentes, no es fácil lidiar con ellos, en ocasiones y lo que puedo hablar con uno, no es lo mismo con el otro; pero hay algo en lo que coinciden y es que en ocasiones, se niegan a oír a hablar o llegar a algún acuerdo y es allí donde, la ira, la frustración, la decepción hasta la tristeza se apodera de mi persona y hacen que llegue a mi límite, aunque trato de no explotar, en algunas circunstancias no llego a la meta y sale a flote: Mi Ira Mi frustración Mi desesperación Mi impotencia Mi Vulnerabilidad Mi insatisfacción Mi tristeza Mi decepción Mi culpa Mi revisión personal.. Todo esto me ataca, en especial con ellos, diría son mi talón de Aquiles, pues son mis bellas razones para amar en este mundo, porque trato de hacer, dar lo mejor que puedo y cuando esto no es valorado o respetado, siento que no estoy haciendo un buen trabajo como madre; pero allí es donde recuerdo que no somos perfectos, que no tenemos manuales de crianza con cada hijo y que simplemente soy una mamá, que trata de hacer lo mejor que puede y me llevo a la calma, trato de volver a mi centro, de retomar la comunicación de la mejor manera posible, me valgo de mis años de experiencias jajajaja y me enfoco en llegarles de diferentes maneras, hasta que me hago entender, una vez superado el percance, seguimos adelante. Por lo tanto, no estamos exentos de no tener tropiezos, para mí lo importante, es ver donde estamos fallando, rectificar y seguir adelante y siempre ser auténtico, que sepan que esperar de ti, eso es imprescindible en mis relaciones.
