Hello Hive Lovers, I am happy, this is my first publication in Architecture + Design Community, I love this community. I moved to an annex in the municipality of El Hatillo, where we have the land for the construction of HOGAR VERDE, that's why my absence these last days is due to the move, adapting to a new space, I still do not have a stable internet network, so I lay down to be connected, and we started the earthworks to reopen the way to the land to move forward, our concept is based on sustainable and sustainable architecture, a friendly architecture with the environment.
Hello Hive Lovers esta es mi primera publicaci贸n en esta comunidad que me encanta y se que disfrutare mucho de ella, estoy feliz pues, me mude a un anexo en el Municipio El Hatillo, donde tenemos el terreno para la construcci贸n del HOGAR VERDE, a eso se debe mi ausencia estos ultimos dia por la mudanza, adaptarme a un nuevo espacio, aun no tengo una red de internet estable, as铆 que me acostado estar conectada, ya iniciamos los movimienrtos de tierra para reabrir camino al terreno para poder avanzar, nuestro concepto se basa en la arquitectura sostenible y sustentable, una aquitectura amable con el ambiente.

But what is sustainable architecture? How does it differ from traditional architecture? Why betting on sustainable architecture, today I will speak from my vision, I am not an architect but I love architecture, I am passionate about it, I love it, I love it as well as interior design.
Pero que es la arquitectura sostenible? Como se diferencia con la arquitectura tradiccional ? Porque apostar a la arquitectura sostenible, hoy les hablare desde mi visi贸n , no soy arquitecto pero amo la arquitectura, me apasiona , me encanta al igual que el dise帽o de interiores.
Sustainable Architecture
It is also known as sustainable architecture or Eco-Architecture because it seeks to use natural resources without affecting the surrounding environment, being kinder to their environment and natural resources.
This includes nature as an essential part of the design, not as a secondary part, it is not based only on landscaping, but in the conscious reason of the importance of the environment and making the most of what surrounds it, vegetation, natural light, ventilation, the use of sustainable materials improving or respecting the ecosystem that surrounds it.
Arquitectura Sostenible
Tambien es conocida como la arquitectura sustentable o Eco- Arquitectura ya que ella busca de usar los recursos naturales sin afectar el ambiente que lo rodea, siendo m谩s amable con su entorno y con recursos naturales.
Esta incluye la naturaleza como parte esencial del dise帽o, no como una parte secundaria, no se basa solo en el paisajismo, sino en la raz贸n consiente de la importancia del entorno y su aprovechando al maximo lo que lo redea, la vegetaci贸n, la luz natural, la ventilaci贸n, el uso de materiales sustentables mejorando o respetando el ecosistema que lo rodea.

The easiest way to identify it is by the use of resources and their environments here I will mention a few of which we will make use in the GREEN HOME.
The materials that stand out the most in sustainable architecture are those from nature, mud, stones, fallen wood and others.
They are an ecological and economically viable option, in the case of the GREEN HOME is being designed with containert architecture and fallen wood, along with other recycled materials are sustainable.
Use of natural light, the designs allow the passage of sunlight, natural light is used to reduce spending on electricity, in the case of Venezuela as a tropical country it is easy for us to think about it, with large and beautiful spaces connected to the outside to enjoy the most of the beauty that surrounds us.
Rainwater harvesting and drainage systems, recovering and giving water to the environment with biodigesters or septic tanks.
The green is part of it, they become one with their environment improving and taking advantage of what surrounds them, vegetation is very important, respecting the trees is essential in this type of project, having vertical garden walls has been a solution for sustainable projects in cities, achieving a significant decrease in temperatures in areas that were affected by traditional architecture, when there was no awareness of how important the trees are for the generation of oxygen and temperature control.

La manera mas facil de identificarla es por el uso de los recursos y su entornos aqui mensionare unos pocos de los que nosotros haremos uso en el HOGAR VERDE
- Los de materiales que mas destacan en la arquitectura sustentable son los provenientes de la naturaleza , barro , piedras, maderas caidas entre otros.
- Son una opci贸n ecol贸gica y econ贸micamente viables,en el caso del HOGAR VERDE se esta dise帽ando con arquitectura de containert y maderas caidas, junto a otros materiales de reciclaje.Son sustentables.
- Uso de luz natura, los dise帽os permiten el paso de la luz solar , se aprovecha la luz natural reduciendo el gasto en energ铆a el茅ctrica.En el caso de Venezuela por ser un pais tropical se nos hace facil , pensar en ello, con grandes y hermosos espacios conectados con el exterior para disfrutar al maximo la belleza que nos rodea.
- Sistema de recolecci贸n de agua de lluvia y de drenaje, recuperando y dandole suso al agua con biodigestores o fosa s茅ptica.
- Lo verde es parte de ello , se hacen uno con su entorno mejorando y aprovechando lo que los redea, la vegetacion es muy importante , respetar los arboles es escencial en este tipo de proyectos, tener paredes de jardines verticales a sido una soluci贸n de proyectos sustentables en ciudades , logrando disminuir significativamente las temperaturas de las Zonas que fueron afectadas por la arquitectura tradiccional, cuando no se tenia conciencia de lo importante que son los arbles para la generaci贸n de oxigeno y el control de la temperatura.
These are just some of the projects that we have been developing in the HOGAR VERDE as we seek to contribute to the recovery and improvement of the planet from our ECO -Village, together with our great architects from @Entrenos.cr and @the.public.machinery who are dreaming together with us and shaping it to make it a reality.
Estos son solo algunos de los que venimos desarrollando en el HOGAR VERDE ya que buscamos aportar con la recuperar y mejorar el planeta desde nuestra ECO -Aldea, junto a nuestros grandiosos arquitectos de @Entrenos.cr y @the.public.machinery quienes so帽ando junto a nosotros y plasmandolo para hacerlo relidad.
