Hola a todos, espero que se encuentren muy bien el día de hoy, estoy intentando cosas nuevas en mi vida y trabajar mucho como me afecta la soledad, por cuestiones de trabajo y facultad me cuesta mucho coordinar horarios para ver a mis amigos y muchas veces quiero salir, pero no es posible coordinar o debo viajar mucho y a veces no tengo ganas de viajar tanto así que estoy tomándome las cosas un poco diferentes.
Hello everyone, I hope you are very well today, I am trying new things in my life and working a lot as loneliness affects me, due to work and college issues I have a hard time coordinating schedules to see my friends and many times I want to go out, but it's not possible to coordinate or I have to travel a lot and sometimes I don't feel like traveling so much so I'm taking things a little differently.
Aproveché que esta semana tuve turnos médicos y tenía que salir y entre los turnos tenía un poco de tiempo libre, pensé en decirle a alguien que me acompañé, pero también me parecía una buena ocasión para pasar tiempo conmigo misma.
I took advantage of the fact that this week I had medical shifts and had to go out and between shifts I had a little free time, I thought about telling someone that I came with me, but it also seemed like a good opportunity to spend time with myself.
Cerca de donde debía ir hay una plaza que tiene muchos árboles y bancos donde sentarse y el día fue algo raro en el clima, había viento, pero también hacia calor, en Argentina estamos en primavera, pero el clima viene comportándose bastante rato así que siempre hay que tener un abrigo a mano.

También aproveché para caminar y tomar sol, obvio siempre con protector solar para cuidar la piel, con la pandemia y el cambio de horarios en mi cursada y mi trabajo me di cuenta que tampoco salgo tanto al parque como antes, pero es algo que estoy intentando cambiar de a poco, ya que también me hace sentir muy bien ir al parque y respirar aire libre, antes era algo que hacía bastante seguido al menos una vez a la semana, pero últimamente me cuesta mucho organizarme en todo lo que debo hacer.
