Hello, greetings and welcome once again to my blog. Today I want to share with you an outing I had with my husband several weeks ago. And I want to tell you a little about what it meant, since both he and I realized that an outing to a different place makes us feel good about ourselves.
I tell you that my husband had to go to the bank some time ago to change his debit card, which is a little deteriorated. One Tuesday my husband told me and asked me if I wanted to go with him to the "Parque Los Aviadores" shopping center, because that was the bank where we had to go.
Hola, saludos y bienvenidos una vez más a mi blog. En el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una salida que tuve con mi esposo hace varias semanas. Y quiero hablarles un poco de lo que significó, ya que tanto él como yo nos dimos cuenta que una salida a un lugar diferente a lo acostumbrado nos hace sentir bien con nosotros mismos.
Les cuento que mi esposo desde hace un tiempo debía ir al banco a cambiar su tarjeta de débito que está un poco deteriorada. Mi esposo un día martes me comenta y me pregunta que si quería ir con el al centro comercial "Parque Los Aviadores", que allí quedaba el banco donde teníamos que ir.
At noon we arrived at the mall. While we were walking, I took some pictures and while we were in the parking lot we heard a very loud noise. A few meters away there is a military air base and an "F" model airplane, I don't know if it was 14 or 16 or some other number, passed very close. My husband looked like a child taking pictures and recording.
A las doce del medio día llegamos al centro comercial. Mientras caminábamos tome algunas fotografías al rato estando en el estacionamiento escuchamos un estruendo muy fuerte. Y es que a pocos metros queda una base aérea militar y un avión modelo "F", no sé si 14 o 16 u otro número, pasó muy cerca. Mi esposo parecía un niño tomando fotos y grabando.
When we entered the mall we went to the bank and asked if there was material for the card and they confirmed that there was. We stayed to mark the line because there were other people there before we arrived. We waited there for more than an hour, but the service was quite slow and we were not making any progress.
Inside the bank there were also some people waiting and the line outside, not to mention the line outside. It was two o'clock in the afternoon and in view of all that, we decided to leave, because it would be very late and it would be difficult to take the bus back.
But before leaving we walked around the mall a bit, besides that my husband and I had to talk about some important points of the family and what better place to do it. We took advantage of the moment and the place, we looked for a suitable space. At first we wanted to go to a coffee shop to enjoy a coffee while we talked, but in the end we decided to buy some chocolate and mantecado wafers. They were very delicious.
Al entrar al centro comercial nos dirigimos al banco y preguntamos si había material para la tarjeta y nos confirmaron que sí había. Nos quedamos para marcar la fila porque habían otras personas antes que nosotros llegáramos. Allí estuvimos esperando por más de una hora, pero el servicio que atendía estaba bastante lento y no avanzábamos nada.
En la parte de adentro del banco habían también algunas personas esperando y más la fila de afuera ni se diga. Se nos hicieron las dos de la tarde y en vista de todo eso, decidimos irnos, porque se nos haría muy tarde y para tomar el bus de regreso se haría difícil.
Pero antes de irnos recorrimos un poco el centro comercial, además de eso mi esposo y yo teníamos que conversar sobre algunos puntos importantes de la familia y qué mejor lugar para hacerlo. Aprovechamos el momento y el lugar, buscamos un espacio adecuado. Al principio queríamos ir a una cafetería para disfrutar de un café mientras conversábamos, pero al final nos decidimos por comprar unas barquillas de chocolate y mantecado. Estaban muy deliciosas.
We sat down to enjoy the nacelles and at that very moment we began to talk very fluently. We reached agreements on the points we discussed and it was a pleasant moment, it was a fresh and special atmosphere. Definitely nothing like an outing and a different environment to talk.
Nos sentamos para disfrutar de las barquillas y en ese mismo momento empezamos a conversar con mucha fluidez. Llegamos a acuerdos sobre los puntos que tratamos y fue agradable ese momento, se sentía un ambiente fresco y especial. Definitivamente nada como una salida y un ambiente diferente para conversar.
I confess that at that moment I felt free and confident, I liked how we handled the situation. Everything flowed very well, I think the space helped a lot, I have no doubt that to deal with important points either family, work or friendship a good place, with a cup of coffee or as in my case a very rich barquilla, everything can be solved and reach an agreement.
Les confieso que en ese momento me sentí libre y confiada, me agradó como manejamos la situación. Todo fluyó muy bien, creo que el espacio ayudó bastante, no tengo dudas que para tratar puntos importantes bien sea familiar, trabajo o amistad un buen lugar, con una taza de café o como en mi caso una barquilla bien ricas, todo se puede solucionar y llegar a un acuerdo.
After we finished we decided to go home satisfied with the results we got from the conversation, and happy to share like two newly in love. Although I didn't want to leave, I wanted to stay there, I liked to enjoy these places also because that day there were not many people and the atmosphere was calm, ideal to relax and think. Another time.
Luego de haber terminado decidimos irnos a casa satisfechos con los resultados que obtuvimos de la conversación, y felices de compartir como dos recién enamorados. Aunque no quería irme, quería seguir allí me agrada disfrutar de estos lugares también porque ese día no había muchas personas y el ambiente estaba calmado ideal para relajarse y pensar. Ya será en otra oportunidad.
