The Marías won my heart back with the song Care for you. This band, originally from Los Angeles, is one of the independent bands that I like the most because with their music they transport me through decades, languages and cultures.
In their sound you can perceive a variety of colors and influences taken from jazz, R&B and indie-pop of the 90's, in addition, the Latin root is present thanks to Maria, the singer, who writes bilingual songs in English and Spanish.

The Marías volvió a ganarse mi corazón con la canción Care for you. Esta banda, oriunda de Los Ángeles, es uno de los grupos independientes que más me gustan ya que con su música me transportan a través de décadas, idiomas y culturas.
En su sonido se percibe una variedad de colores e influencias tomadas del jazz, R&B e indie-pop de los 90’s, además, se encuentra presente la raíz latina gracias a María, la cantante, quien escribe canciones bilingües en inglés y español.
En el 2020 han regresado para deleitarnos una vez más con su característico sonido vintage, lounge y sensual. Esta vez con la canción Care for you, un tema cuya sección rítmica suena a bossa nova, mientras que los sintetizadores y voces no se alejan demasiado del indie-pop, produciendo así una combinación de elementos retro con elementos modernos en la producción, los sintetizadores y la técnica vocal de María.
In 2020 they have returned to delight us once again with their characteristic vintage, lounge and sensual sound. This time with the song Care for you, a song whose rhythmic section sounds like bossa nova, while the synthesizers and vocals are not too far away from indie-pop, thus producing a combination of retro elements with modern elements in the production, the synthesizers and Maria's vocal technique.
Care for you es un tema breve, dura tan solo dos minutos, pero es muy agradable, una canción relajante y sensual que les recomiendo escuchar. Como esta banda me gusta mucho me animé a grabar una video reacción mientras la escuchaba por primera vez. Espero le den play al video y se diviertan un poquito al verlo.

Care for you is a short song, it lasts only two minutes, but it is very pleasant, a relaxing and sensual song that I recommend you to listen. Since I like this band very much I decided to record a video reaction while listening to it for the first time. I hope you play the video and have fun watching it.
