Saludos gente linda de Hive. En esta oportunidad escribo respondiendo al llamado que hiciera el maravilloso equipo de @elcomentador con su convocatoria al "Concurso "Testimonio: un comentario que cambió tu vida". Las bases las consigues en este post.
Pero antes, quiero dedicar unas palabras para exaltar, una vez más, la labor de quienes se dedican a llevar adelante el proyecto de El comentador. No me cansaré de repetirlo, su propuesta y su proyecto es de los mejores de Hive.
A todos, pero en especial a @josemalavem, @marybellrg, @cesarsj5, @mercmarg, @mayllerlys, @germanandradeg @fragozar01 por ser todo ellos muy atentos de mis publicaciones y comentarios.
Greetings beautiful people of Hive. This time I am writing in response to the call made by the wonderful team of @elcomentador With its call for the "Testimony: a comment that changed your life" contest. You can find the rules in this post.
Before I want to dedicate a few words to praise, once again, the work of those who are dedicated to carry out the project of El comentador. I will not tire of repeating it, their proposal and their project is one of the best in Hive.
To everyone, but especially to @josemalavem , @marybellrg , @cesarsj5 , @mercmarg , @mayllerlys , @germanandradeg @fragozar01 for being all of them very attentive to my posts and comments.
Muchas veces hemos sentido que nuestros contenidos no son suficientemente valorados porque andamos tras las ballenas, a las que sólo pocos afortunados acceden. Es, a veces, frustrante ver que una publicación a la que le has dedicado tiempo, esfuerzo y creatividad no es bien recompensada y pasa desapercibida. Hablo por mí, pero estoy segura de que no estoy sola en esta apreciación. Sin embargo ese trago amargo puede ser muy distinto cuando ves que, aunque tu escrito no cuenta con un voto fuerte, tiene unas cuantas visitas y algunos comentarios.
El comentario pertinente es importante, porque sabes que alguien te ha leído de verdad. Que realmente alguien ha valorado, apreciado y considerado tu contenido y además se ha tomado el tiempo y el esfuerzo para dejarte algunas palabras que te alientan a no darte por vencido.
Animarte a seguir creando es el saldo positivo de los comentarios constructivos. Eso e impulsarte a hacerlo cada vez mejor. En lo particular me gustan los comentarios que elogian mi trabajo, pero también aquellos que me señalan algún error o me dan algún consejo para hacerlo mejor. Para mí eso también es ganancia. ¿Por qué? Porque corregir tus posibles fallas y mejorar la calidad de tus publicaciones aumenta tus posibilidades de ser votado, reblogueado y recibir ese aletazo que tanto esperas.
Positive feedback makes you grow
Many times we have felt that our content is not sufficiently valued because we are after the whales, to which only a lucky few have access. It is sometimes frustrating to see that a publication to which you have dedicated time, effort and creativity is not well rewarded and goes unnoticed. I speak for myself, but I am sure I am not alone in this appreciation. However, that bitter pill can be very different when you see that, although your writing does not have a strong vote, it has a few visits and some comments.
The relevant comment is important, because you know that someone has really read you. That someone has really valued, appreciated and considered your content and has also taken the time and effort to leave you some words that encourage you not to give up.
Encouraging you to keep creating is the positive balance of constructive feedback. That and encourage you to do better and better. I particularly like the comments that praise my work, but also those that point out a mistake or give me some advice on how to do it better, and for me that is also a gain. For me that is also a gain. Why? Because correcting your possible mistakes and improving the quality of your publications increases your chances of being voted, reblogged and receive that flap you are waiting for.
En lo personal, soy una fuerte creyente del poder de las palabras. En un post anterior expuse la relación entre éstas y nuestro organismo. Considero que las palabras tiene un enorme poder en nuestra psiquis y en nuestro organismo. Una palabra puede marcarnos y cambiar el curso de las cosas. Una palabra puede mover montañas. Si son positivas, desencadenará reacciones positivas, seguro nos acercará a una mejor versión de nosotros mismos. Si son negativas, las palabras pueden llegar a hundirnos. A veces, incluso la ausencia de un comentario positivo, tiene el mismo poder que uno negativo.
El otro lado del asunto es que, como casi todo en la vida, el efecto de las palabras se revierte. Funcionan como un perfecto imán, catalizadoras de la ley de atracción. Por eso, si no tienes nada bueno que decir, si tu comentario no será constructivo, si al señalamiento del error no le acompaña alguna señal de empatía y buenas intenciones, mejor pasa de largo. No digas nada. Ya que lo más probable es que estés atrayendo a ti energías negativas.
Personally, I am a strong believer in the power of words. I have already written two posts related to this topic (I will leave the links at the end in case you are interested). I believe that words have an enormous power in our psyche and in our organism. A word can mark us and change the course of things. A word can move mountains. If they are positive, they will trigger positive reactions, they will surely bring us closer to a better version of ourselves. If they are negative, words can bring us down. Sometimes, even the absence of a positive comment has the same power as a negative one.
The other side of the issue is that, like almost everything in life, the effect of words is reversed. They work like a perfect magnet, catalyzing the law of attraction. Therefore, if you have nothing good to say, if your comment will not be constructive, if the pointing out of the error is not accompanied by some sign of empathy and good intentions, better pass by. Don't say anything at all. Since most likely you are attracting negative energies to you.
Pero tal vez me he desviado un poco del tema de esta convocatoria. Se trata de recordar y compartir un comentario positivo que haya impactado en mi vida.
Para mí, el comentario positivo que más impactó mi vida fue el que mi mamá me hiciera siendo una niña. Gracias a sus palabras positivas crecí con autoconfianza y autoestima. No puedo dejar de evocarlo en esta ocasión por la magnitud y significación de esas palabras en mi vida. Pero esa anécdota ocupa otro post.
En Hive no he tenido un solo comentario positivo que haya cambiado mi vida, sino que he tenido muchos que me han dado ánimos para continuar creando y unos cuantos consejos que me han ayudado a hacer un mejor trabajo. A continuación dejo algunos de esos comentarios. Mi gratitud a todas esas personas que leyeron mis escritos y dedicaron un poco de su tiempo y creatividad en dejar un comentario agradable.
But perhaps I've strayed a bit from the topic of this call for entries. It's about remembering and sharing a positive comment that has impacted my life.
For me, the positive comment that impacted my life the most was the one my mom made to me as a child. Thanks to her positive words I grew up with self-confidence and self-esteem. I can't help but recall it on this occasion because of the magnitude and significance of those words in my life. But that anecdote occupies another [post].
On Hive I have not had a single positive comment that has changed my life, but I have had many that have given me encouragement to continue creating and a few pieces of advice that have helped me do a better job. Below are some of those comments. My gratitude to all those people who read my writings and dedicated a little of their time and creativity to leave a nice comment.
Este comentario de @Brittandjosie en mi post de presentación me hizo sentir que no estaba sola y me abrió mi horizonte para entender que aquí en Hive hay equipos de personas que desean ayudar sinceramente.
This comment from @Brittandjosie in my introduction post made me feel that I was not alone and opened my horizon to understand that here in Hive there are teams of people who sincerely want to help.
El compañero @psyfire25 con su comentario me demostró que yo podía llegarle a la gente a través de mis palabras. Eso me emocionó mucho y me llenó de ganas de seguir escribiendo.
Fellow @psyfire25 with his comment showed me that I could reach people through my words. That made me very excited and made me want to keep writing.
Un comentario que me gustó mucho fue el que me hiciera @pelularco en el cual me llamó la atención sobre un error ortográfico que tenía mi escrito. ¡Uy! Que vergÜenza sentí, pero fue especial porque eso me permitió corregirlo y me enseñó a ser mucho más cuidadosa de lo que soy.
A comment that I really liked was the one from @pelularco in which he called my attention to a spelling mistake in my writing. I was so embarrassed, but it was special because it allowed me to correct it and taught me to be much more careful than I am.
Y no puedo dejar de mencionar y agradecer a @irvinc. Les cuento que en el 2018 estuve escribiendo en Steemit, fueron pocos meses y hasta perdí mi cuenta, pero siempre recuerdo con aprecio los mensajes de este compañero, ya que en sus comentarios en los que me daba consejos y compartía enlaces para ayudarme a mejorar mis presentaciones. Tanto que al volver a intentarlo con Hive recordaba sus consejos. Aquí un ejemplo de uno de sus comentarios.
And I can not fail to mention and thank @irvinc. I tell you that in 2018 I was writing in Steemit, it was a few months and I even lost my account, but I always remember with appreciation the messages of this colleague since in his comments in which he gave me tips and shared links to help me improve my submissions. So much so that when I tried Hive again I remembered his advice. Here is an example of one of his comments.
Gracias a Dios tengo muchos comentarios agradables y motivadores en mis textos, muchos de ellos de los compañeros y compañeras de @elcomentador . Pero en líneas generales estos han sido los que más me han motivado por lo significativo que fueron.
Thank God I have many nice and motivating comments on my texts, many of them from @thecommentator's colleagues. But generally speaking these have been the ones that have motivated me the most because of how meaningful they were.

Y por último exhorto a todos y a todas los y las Hivers que me leen a que hagan del ejercicio de comentar un hábito. Interactuar en los post de los demás. Dejar en ellos tus comentarios positivos, tus observaciones. Compartir con el autor o autora eso que te hizo sentir identificado o te llamó la atención de esa publicación, seguramente te conectará y verás que poco a poco ese pequeño esfuerzo atraerá a ti, también, esos comentarios y valoraciones que tanto te animarán a continuar y por qué no, algún voto de ballena.

To concluye, i would like to urge all the Hivers who read me to make commenting a habit. Interact in the posts of others. Leave your positive comments, your observations. Share with the author what made you feel identified or what caught your attention in that publication, it will surely connect you and you will see that little by little that small effort will attract to you, too, those comments and evaluations that will encourage you to continue and why not, some whale vote.
