I am sharing my GIF scene of my own drawing "Kid giving pose".
I just moves his hands and face, Mirror full character and took different frames and make the gif with those frames.

Software I used :
Adobe Illustrator 2019 for editing character to take different moves of it
Adobe Photoshop 2020 for creating GIF by frames
Steps :
I made it in two half, in first one I make him stand and moves his hands in different frames
and make him dance
in 2nd half, I just move his face and one hand to make him saying Hi to all
