We live in a time of controlling our emotions
Feeling and expressing anger is many times looked down upon.
We are expected to keep our composure, and stay calm at all times.
But the truth is that we feel anger and other lower vibrational energies throughout the day
Sometimes, because we have no way of expressing them or letting them out, they get stuck.
They live deep inside
They get to the point where we don't recognize them as anger anymore
We may think we are living well adjusted, happy lives, with just some "normal hiccups"
If anger lives in you, "normal hiccups" manifest into something else.
Disapointment
Frustration
Disgust
Feelings of worthlessness
Feeling like: "Nothing ever goes my way!"
For many people, it is just simply repressed anger trying to make its way out
Give yourself permission to look inside and release any trapped anger you may have
