Wecome to the end of the Flexed-up Mondays series post, I have giving it some thought and I realized that there was no great way to jazz up the seiries without making it a video series, and although we have 3speak and I can post videos onto hive I don't wish to take such a commitment at this time, and so I will save my followers from these so far fairly boring posts and instead share more cool content that can teach or entrtain.
This dosen't meant the end of my work out journey and I may still bring it up in future blog posts however it would like not be a series, perhaphs it will be some videos I jsut can't commit to putting out a video every Monday, I just have way too much on my plate, with work, taking care of the 2 kids and the household as well as countless projects, my approach is highly unconventional and can be extremely stressful at times but that's just how I get down, I would not recomrecommend
this approach you better off letting me take one for the team 🤣
