Slowly but surley I am getting back into the swing of things, I am not working out quite as much as I should and I also have not been drinking the potein shakes I still have not been able to bring my self up to that, but I will just need to do it If I want to see some visible gains.
I also need to get into a routine of stretching/ doing some daily yoga not just before an exersize session.
Some slight weight gains so that's good I hope next week I can come back with something even better and perhaphs including some videos eventully will be the move.
