# Hola mis lectores, hoy les traigo un delicioso postre tradicional de la región Falconiana en Venezuela. Conocido como el debudeque o dabudeque también aunque su nombre mas popular es el de Mancarron Venezolano, este es un bizcocho o torta hecho con harina de trigo, panela o papelón, mantequilla, aliños dulces (canela y clavos de especies) los aliños dulces son opcionales; esta torta de panela es degustada por la mayoría de los Falconianos durante la merienda con un rico cafe negro, con leche o un chocolate bien sea frio o caliente. # **Preparación: 15 minutos. Cocción: 30-45 minutos. Cantidad: 12 Porciones.
