Going up to the top there was an open space from which you could embrace with your eyes the entire vineyard. The green foliage swayed in the wind like the waves of an agitated sea, each row running from west to east to embrace the sun's rays for the duration of the long, hot summer days. Sitting on the hard ground with crossed legs and savoring a glass of wine produced from the grapes all around was a satisfying sensation, the rich and structured flavor was the result of man's work in synergy with nature.

Risalendo fino all'estremità superiore c'era uno spiazzo da cui si poteva abbracciare con lo sguardo l'intera vigna. Il verde fogliame ondeggiava al vento come onde di un mare agitato, ogni filare correva da ponente a levante per abbracciare i raggi solari per tutta la durata delle lunghe e calde giornate estive. Stare seduti sul duro terreno con le gambe incrociate ed assaporare un bicchiere di vino prodotto dall'uva tutt'intorno era una sensazione appagante, il sapore ricco e strutturato era risultato del lavoro dell'uomo in sinergia con la natura.
