Happy Wednesday friends. It's already mid week and I hope you're having an amazing week so far.

Our physical health is as important as our mental health. Oftentimes when our mental health is affected it shows in our physical health. You see sometimes when a person starts overthinking he or she starts having High Blood pressure and starts getting thinner when looked at. One aspect of our health shouldn't be more prioritized than the other.

Just as we eat good food and balance diet to keep our physical health good we should also work on our emotions, feeling or negativity that will toil with our mental health
Here are some tips that would help enhance the both aspect of health:

  • Balanced diet:

When I was growing up, I was told that bananas and fiber foods are good for the brain and help with long memory. I was eating them so much so it could help me remember when it comes to exams 😂. Yeah good food plays a vital role in physical and mental health even a therapy would recommend some balanced diet for you.

  • Good sleep:

Adequate sleep is not to be over emphasized. They help both the physical and mental health. When you lack sleep you are eligible to fall sick, and not only that it might cause stress to the body which may not be good for mental health.
Exercise also boosts not only physical health but mental health too.

  • Mind your thoughts:

What you think about has a great effect on your well being. It is also good to fill thoughts with positivity.
Look out for what is causing stress in your life and learn to tackle it accordingly.
It may be work, learning to balance work and life to reduce stress.

Engage in hobbies or activities that would take your mind off negativity and do what makes you happy.
And if you are going through mental issues do well to talk to someone around you. It can be family or friends or better still go see a therapist for support.
