Recovery Jog

Very bad weather lately, rain, wind and unstable temperatures from time to time during the day although not bad enough to not go running. The only things that can stop my desire to do it are either for family reasons or for work reasons.


After yesterday's great performance, today my legs felt a bit heavy so I chose to do 5 slow kms as a recovery jog.
The truth is that although I have always had a low aerobic heart rate, I have gone faster than expected, although not too much, 5'/km is a recovery jog for me today, so I can say that I think I am at a very good level of form although I do not prepare any competition.
