I just finished a 6.957km running that lasted about 0hh:38mm:56ss !
Just a short jog with the dog to test out my calf. It was aching after Sundays longer run so I needed something steady. Good news :) felt OK. We went for a cross country route across the fields keeping to a comfortable 9min mile pace. Perfect running temperature here of about 10 degrees C which as far as I am concerned is very much still shorts and tshirt weather.
Ensured that I stretched properly afterwards!
