I been getting some pretty special morning first light sunrise views on my morning runs over the past few days. It's starting to get stay darker for longer and be a bit cooler before work which is nice.
Was able to add an extra lap and kilometre to this morning speed play workout. Nothing special speed or pace wise but it's felt good to be moving well and building another block in my training base.
