After a good faster run yesterday at parkrun was happy just to cruise this morning. I haven't really done much longer than 10km for ages concentrating on trying to work on my 5km time. So I am keen to add a slower longer run weekly in even if I have to walk a bit. I only just made it to 10km before feeling the need to walk the hills. The gps satellite seemed to be a bit off this morning giving a -30m reading though the overall elevation gain of 252m was what I was expecting.
