Description from Strava: Packing some punches and burning some calories in the boxing class tonight. Still not keen to fight but enjoying the training. Coach says I'm getting stronger, even though I still feel like I have a long way to go. My left arm still needs lots of work and gets tired quickly. Despite this had a great class. Tuesdays is always an easier class than Thursday though.

30 mins intense cardio. 30 mins bag work and 30 mins and work. Legs were feeling it during cardio, prob from the cycling!
