Back/Biceps Circuit

I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 0hh:21mm:10ss !

As my day started way too late, there was just not enough time to go for a run or bike ride during the day. It's probably a good thing anyways, because I could feel the 7 miles from yesterday. So later at night, I went through one my strength circuit focused on back and biceps. Again, mostly light weights and even body weight, but I got a good sweat.
Tomorrow is supposed to snow, so I might work out indoors again, we'll see.
