I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
First ever post on hive, still working on introduction.Spent an hour at the gym doing a regular workout on the upper body.
This workout consists of
Cable external rotation ,Close grip scapular,
Machine seated shoulder press,Barbell bench press,Dumbbell lateral rise,Bend over dumbbell raise,Incline bench press,Cable tricep kickback.
