Monday was chest, Tuesday was a bummer because I got to the gym and had totally forgot my watch at home and with the time available being short I didn't go back home for it. Yesterday was rest day but I actually did a 5km run and today back to the gym for biceps and triceps. Hope everyone's week is going good so far 💪🙏
