(EXHAUST) GYM Upper body and core 09/12/2022

Good day everyone last time I when to gym I had a good talk with anther gymer and he asked me what is my goal at the moment so I told him to lose weight and tone. He then began telling me that if you what to loose weight and tone the best option is to use lighter weight and increase the rep count so I decided to try this method out for a few weeks and I'll see how it goes.

Walk-Though

First for a warm up I take a 60min walk from my home to my grampa's house and then to the gym. Then once I've arrived I do a 15min stretching session.

Cardio time

15min cycling
20 sit-ups X3
10 push-ups X3

Weight training

20 bench press X3 30kg
20 shoulder press X3 20kg
20 vertical traction X3 50kg
10 pull-ups X3 50kg (counter weight machine)
20 side arm raises X3 3kg dumbbells
20 bicep curls X3 5kg dumbbells
20 tricep pulls X3 12.5kg dumbbell

Working down

15min stretching
10min steam room
And of course the 30min walk back home.
