About the same as the last one

I just ran 5.066km in about 0hh:37mm:59ss - very much the same as on Tuesday.


It was still cold to start, but getting warmer as I went along. Good to settle into the pattern of intervals, running about 800m and walking 200, just enough to get breath back and feel OK to continue. I know from experience this is the way to get stronger.

Still too many dogs though!
