Happy Monday!
Yesterday I slept just 2 hours and I felt super tired when I woke up.
Also, it is super cold outside, so I didn't want to leave my bed.
But I have a lot of work and a couple of meetings today, so I had no choice than just leave my lovely bed.
On such days a ten minutes of yoga helps me a lot!
