Plank! Day 50th!

Hello everyone!
I didn't tell you about my #plankchallenge for a long time. I will be honest, I skipped a couple of days. Sometimes I felt super tired and wasn't ready to do the plank. But anyways I am trying to do the plank at least once a day, and at least for 30 secs.
From today I started to do the side plank too. Also, I read in one of the articles that it is good to hold one after another leg up. I didn't try it yet...

Today I have a lot of work to do! But I wish you a good day!
And let's prepare for the weekend!
