Friday, the last working day in February 2021. How the time flies ...
It was a sunny and warm day. The perfect opportunity for a midday run.
Partially on the tarmac, while running up the Magpie's Valley, most of it on asphalt, with turning back in the village of Gameljne.
Most of the run was on a relatively busy and narrow local road. Training runs are not always meant to be careless and cozy. Sometimes you must find additional work for your head in order to stay alert at all times and in all conditions.
That was the reasoning behind choosing the road to run back instead of going by the trail which was nearby.
The run was a success.
The weekend awaits with two more runs in February.
