What is fitness?
Fitness is the condition of being physically fit and healthy. This means having your body working as best as possible to perform your daily physical jobs.

Your body is designed to move;
To run, walk, jump, lift, push and pull, high speed sprinting e.t.tc

Imagine the body to be a sports car.
You have to maintain the engine, the appearance as well as the frame and shape of the car.
In this case, the human body is even more delicate and requires constant care so as to prevent damage from negligence.

WHO recommends a healthy lifestyle in order to improve cardiorespiratory, and muscular fitness; bone health; and decrease the risk of disease and depression.

AEROBICS

Aerobic- 30mins a day, 5 times a week.
Strength- 40mins a day, 2-3 times a week.
