EVENING WORKOUT

Evening.
Today was a semi-busy day but I'm happy I made it back home in rime for my evening workout.

Beulah4real just finished 3k skips. This helped her burn 238kcal.

Description: I have not been able to get over the tiredness I felt this morning. Still feel a little tired.
I hope I'm stronger by tomorrow.
It was a struggle to do my evening workout, and I'm happy I was able to do something no matter how little.
After my skip, I was able to work on certain muscle groups,butt, thigh and abs.
