Well, this great song is performed by the great salsa singer Wilson Manyoma Gil is a Colombian salsa singer. He belonged to the Sonora Juventud group and his Fruko y sus Tesos orchestra, and performed as a gril dancer in the popular Juanchito sector between 1966 and 1972.
WILSON MAYOMA In 1973, he traveled to Medellín, where he met the composer and bassist Julio Ernesto Estrada, creator of Fruko and his Tesos.

Bueno este gran tema lo interpreta el gran salsero Wilson Manyoma Gil es un cantante colombiano de salsa. Perteneció a la agrupación Sonora Juventud y a la orquesta Fruko y sus Tesos, y se desempeñó como bailarín de griles en el popular sector de Juanchito entre 1966 y 1972.
WILSON MAYOMA En 1973, viajó a Medellín, en donde conoció al compositor y bajista Julio Ernesto Estrada, creador de Fruko y sus Tesos.
esta canción fue escrita con mucha lástima, con mucha melancolía. Al mismo tiempo es una plegaria para la libertad del hombre, uno no tiene que estar metido en una cárcel para sentir esta canción que se hizo inigualable.
