The New York Times came to publish that this sensual severe tone was "the culprit" of the increase in the birth rate. Of jail to success. In the '70 he suffered racism and went through a sad final, as is life.....

Can't Get Enough Of Your Love Baby

Barry White was born on September 12, 1944 in Galveston, Texas, although both he and his brother Darryl spent most of his childhood in Los Angeles as well as a problematic adolescence.

Son of Melvin A. White and Sadie Marie Carter, single mother, during the youth of him was imprisoned for stealing cars wheels and went through corrections for "difficult" boys.

As a child he sang in the choir of a Baptist church, he quickly became the director.

He considered many as "The Soul Master" or "The King of Romance". With sixteen, he was already part of the group of Doo Woop the Upfronts, with which he recorded several discs.

In 1964 he produced Harlem Shuffle, originally edited by Bob & Earl.

He left stage and recording studies to become an executive of the Mustang Records seal where he discovered trios as The Love Unlimited, of which he was manager. Later he founds his own producer: Soul Unlimited Productions.

In 1973 he returns by launching his first solo recording: LP I've Got So Much To Give, which was the beginning of a career that, during the years of disco music, became one of the kings of the dance tracks Getting in love thousands of couples from the seventies.

Can't Get Enough of Your Love Babe

He launched a good number of LP's, of which several singles that achieved a great popularity were extracted: songs like Never Gonna Give You Up, Can not Gen Gonna Give Love Baby or It's Ecstasy When You Lay Down to Recognition.

With a style based on sexually explicit issues and with extraordinarily careful arrangements, Texas's musician's hoarse voice also converted him into one of the icons of erotic music.

From 1977, he lost his push, he continued to throw recordings, but with an almost null repercussion. In 1987, with the LP the Right Night & Barry White edition, he reappears.

Among all the voices of the history of music he stays with that of Marvin Gaye. "He was a huge artist and an endearing person, I have the honor that he would propose to produce the last record of him, but this was told by a Friday and on Sunday, his father was killed."

He participated as an actor in the television series 'Ally McBeal', and also put the voice of him in the series the 'Simpson'.

It's Ecstasy When You Lay Down Next to Me

With 16 years, he had already engendered two children with his girlfriend Mary. They got married when he was 19 years old and had four children. They separated in 1969 and then divorced.

In 1974, he married the singer Glodean James. With her he had four children and collaborated on the 1981 album Barry & Glodean. They separated, but they never divorced. White also had a daughter, Denise, born in 1962 being her mother Gurtha Allen. He then lied with Katherine Denton.

Barry White died on July 4, 2003 at the Los Angeles Cedars-Sinai Hospital, where he had been admitted for some time. For years he had suffered from severe kidney problems because of him high blood pressure, so he was waiting for a transplant, he suffered in May a thrombosis that paralyzed the right part of the body.
