Shooting Aiden in a derelict RAF base

This lockdown thing has really put a dampener on my burgeoning model photography. If I could escape this lockdown to shoot somewhere remote, none of the models I know would be willing to turn up! I can only hope that sometime this year, I'll be able to shoot more stuff like this:

This is Aiden van Rensburg, a model who to me, stands out from the crowd. I'm pretty sure you'll agree.

Aiden the Warrior

Steel wire mesh fence really pushes the OCD to get the damn thing aligned!

It was a stroke of luck finding this old abandoned WW2 bunker; it was made for adding a gelled light inside!

Getting a little experimental with shallow depth of field on the lens I was using:

Blue gel this time; all of these shots were lit from the front using a large white reflector propped against my feet; the light on this day was amazing!

About me:
I usually specialise in shooting lightpainting images but occasionally dabble in urbex and artistic model photography. I'm always on the lookout for someone to collaborate with; please don't hesitate to get in touch if you'd like to create art.
