Models I have shot: Lauren L. Lovely

I recently got the chance to shoot with Lauren in a studio. With these endless days of lockdowns, I can definitely say I've missed shooting models. Can't think why....

Do I have your fullest attention?

This is a shot stood directly above Lauren and focussed on her eyes. I'd like to try this again at some point and blur the scene using lenses rather than post production.

Lauren defies gravity

I edited this in portrait format and I find it strangely compelling:

Lauren strikes a pose

It's never easy doing a group shoot surrounded by other photographers but in this studio, the other photographers were mostly friends so it didn't feel quite as competitive with elbows and egos all over the place.

Electric Harley Quinn

On this group shoot I even managed to fit in a spot of light painting. This shot involves the model standing in front of a huge studio octabox and firing at f11 which leaves a silhouette where Lauren is stood. Lauren then moves out of the frame and I fill the space with a home made RGB light tool, easy once you work it out! It was great to see the other photographers' reactions after I closed the shutter!

About me:
I usually specialise in shooting lightpainting images but occasionally dabble in urbex and artistic model photography. I'm always on the lookout for someone to collaborate with; please don't hesitate to get in touch if you'd like to create art.
