What Are Anti-Blue Light Glasses?
Anti-Blue Light Glasses are glasses that helps to block high energy light(HEV) that emits from the sun, bulb lights and our electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, TVs and PCs. Yeah, you read right. The sun emits blue light, in fact, the sun is the largest producer of blue light and that's why when it is very sunny, you can not look straight at the sun, you try to wear a shade or cap, to help prevent direct sun contact to your eyes. Sun is a natural blue light while our electronic devices are artificial blue lights which are weaker than the Sun's blue light. So, we literally get in contact with blue light everywhere, from our light bulbs, to our electronic devices and then sun. Since, blue lights have some bad effects to our eyes, the need to protect ourselves from blue light can not be overemphasized. Thus, the need to get Anti-Blue Light Glasses, as it will help us block/prevent blue light from getting to our eyes.

Digital Eye Strain

As we expose ourselves to blue light just by stepping under the sun for too long, or working on an assignment/project on your laptop/PC, or updating your social media with smartphone or watching an entertaining movie or soccer on the television and more, we increase our tendency of getting digital eye strain. It is one of the most annoying feeling. You will literally start acting like a vampire, the sight of light gives serious migraine headaches. You won't be able to operate your smartphone or laptop or watch TV because you are bear the pain. I have been suffering from this for a while. It comes when I spend too much time on my laptop and smartphone. For the next 3 days, I won't be myself. I will close the curtains, off all the light bulbs, switch off my laptop and smartphone, won't turn on the TV(as though I was vampire for that period). I will be like this for 2 - 3 days before it will relief me. It affected my workflow a lot.

But ever since I got my Anti-Blue Light glasses, I have not experienced such serious digital eye strain. My eyes do ache me atimes, but within minutes I'm ok and ready to continue with what I was doing. It is really a life saver. I can not operate my laptop without putting on my Anti-Blue Light glass. I looks good on me and it also helps protect my eyes against Blue Light, which helps prevent digital eye strain.
