Conferencing and Benefits:
Online Conferencing calls has now become important part of everyone's life because now after covid mostly people will try to avoid physical contact whenever it's not very much important.
Though we have seen that many of the Businesses Got ruined due to covid but many have earned Huge amount of money 💰.
The main Competitors which were using the full benefits of covid-19 were Microsoft Teams and Zoom they have earned many millions of $ through it.
Also business that were having huge cost on physical contact have purchased premium plans which gave them further benefits to carry on this big business,while reducing costs like electricity, venue cost, arrangements and food costs aswell, they have earned huge profit from all of that.
Last week there was a big hurdle while using Microsoft teams that was because they were trying to upgrade the system which led many issues like apps getting hanged and many other issues but after that i saw a new interface that was cool enough ( Maybe a little change Looks impressive ).
Microsoft Teams Features That would Give Good Competition to Biggest Rival Zoom :
Microsoft Teams provided proper platform for the education institutes like They can properly Upload everything including images in the gallery while zoom has some lack in this feature.
this providing of proper platform made them getting attentions from different education institutes.
grid view issues were also present on App because of which we were having trouble finding out participants who were taking the conference. Before the update it was showing only 4 people on the screen but after the upgrade now its showing us 8-9 people 6 on iphone and 9 on ipad.
The major upgradation of feature which was taking a huge part of battery was data usage while video conferencing they have also updated it making it lower to a great extent.
However there are,is and will be always competition among different competitors many will prefer using zoom many people will invite you to Microsoft teams its up to you to choose between both these platforms, however i would love to read from you guys what you think you would choose Microsoft Teams or Zoom :)
