The reason why it is good to extend an arm of love to employees.

I went to visit my friend at her cosmetics shop yesterday, during our process of interaction a call came in and it as one of the staff she had employed a year ago but who had to get back to school who had called her to check on her well-being, when she hanged up the call she told me that the lady has been calling her to check up on her since she stopped working for her, I did not think much of that action until some hours later a young guy who had also worked for her before called her to inform her that he will like to come back to work for her if there was any vacancy.

I was forced to ask my friend how she gets so much from her workers and she replied by saying she shows them mas much love as she can, she said she treats her employees with so much love and respect that customers usually think she is running a family business with her siblings, after she told me that, I was certain of the fact that there was a strong reason why her staff loved her.

Everyone wants to work in an organization where their job is appreciated and valued and it is your duty as the business owner or manager to make sure that this happens, encouraging your workers from time to time will make them have a great work experience whilst they continue to strive to give the best to your organization.

When you are the head of the team, you are the one who regularly receives applause for the success and growth of the organization, these team members who are your members of staff always have their efforts go unnoticed except you choose to appreciate them, you as the boss must make it a point of duty to make them feel appreciated.

When your employees feel loved they definitely extend that arm of love towards customers, when your work environment is made conducive and relax able for employees, they communicate with customers in the same manner but if the work environment is filled with tension and unrest, it is with the same moody face and tension filled spirit that they relate with customers who may choose never to return again.

I understand that some employees can prove to be extremely difficult but on your own part as the employee, ensure that you are reaching out with an arm of love and at the same time make sure that you make it a point of duty to keep those who appreciate the arm of love you extend towards them in the business.
