Friedazilla - Trouble at the farm (LMAC 62)

Hello Hivians,

I am really happy to have found time to attend LMAC again. While making collages is very time consuming, it's all the more fun. So this time too! I like to spend a long time doing creative things.
@shaka once again provided a great photo this round, which didn't take long to inspire me for a collage.

I'm sorry, but this time too, I have to tell you a story first. Not because I would be worried no one else would understand my collage without it. No, the story is once again just an integral part. :-)
Just keep scrolling if you want to read the story from the collage itself.

Once upon a time there was a farm. A farmer lived there with his wife, seven horses and five dogs.
The youngest dog was called Swifty, a small, but very agile, dreamy and fun-loving dog. Day in and day out he played with the horses, with the birds that ate the seeds in the fields, with the butterflies in the garden. Oh, he loved the way the butterflies danced on his nose. And they loved him, because he was constantly sniffing the flower beds, his nose was often fully covered in flower nectar.

The farmer, a hardworking and disciplined man, didn't like Swifty that much. It bothered him that Swifty was such a clumsy guy and that he often didn't pay attention to his surroundings while playing.

Once the farmer went into the stable to fetch eggs. After he was done, he put the eggs next to the bench in front of the house to take a short rest. Swifty saw the farmer sitting there and wanted to greet him.
So Swifty ran towards the farmer as if stung by a tarantula. Shortly before reaching the farmer, however, he knocked over the eggs. The farmer never forgave him for that.

On a sunny day the farmer decided to repaint the paddock fence. He got a bucket of paint and a paintbrush from the tool shed and made his way to the paddock.
Swifty, wanting to know what was going on, ran after him.

"What do you have in your hands?" Swifty asked the farmer.
The farmer crooked his thick beard cleared his throat and said, "This is not for dogs. Go play somewhere else!"
Swifty replied sadly, "... but I just want to know ..."

"NO !!! I won't say it again, go play somewhere else!"

Swifty followed the farmer in silence a short distance away.

When they arrived to the paddock, the farmer put the bucket of paint on the ground beside him.
Swifty noticed the bucket and sniffed it from top to bottom. The interesting thing seemed to be in the bucket, however, which caused his cuddly olfactory bulb to keep moving up to the edge of the bucket. But he unfortunately was much too small to see inside the bucket. So he stood on his hind legs and and put his front legs against the upper edge of the bucket ...

*Rattle* *Splash*
... the bucket was overturned, the paint was running out. Suddenly Swifty was standing in the middle of a puddle of pink paint.
Of course he wanted to apologize immediately for his mishap and so hopped whimpering up the farmer's legs.

The farmer was already angry that the paint had poured out. The fact that Swifty messed up the farmer's pants with paint that he had all over his body made him extremely angry.

With a loud shout he ran into the stable and shouted "WHERE'S MY BAT? I WILL SEND THIS LITTLE DEVIL BACK TO HELL!".
When the other dogs and the farmer's wife noticed what was going on, they all ran to the scene.
Swifty's mother was very afraid for her son. Because she knew how angry the farmer could be when he lost his temper.

In desperation, Swifty's mother howled a song known among dogs as "Friedazilla's Entreaty" to call Friedazilla for help.
But will Friedazilla make it in time?

"Ah, found it. Now I'm going to get this little devil!", he roared across the farm and then trampled towards Swifty, who was not far from the scene of the accident.

Just as he was about to swing the bat to hit poor Swifty ...

The collage

LMAC is a great community for artists of all skill levels. The name of the community is an abbreviation and stands for "Let's make a collage". Just take a look. Even if you think you are not an artist, LMAC will probably prove you wrong.

This is my contribution to the LMAC Contest Round 62.

Materials

For this collage I had to keep track of exactly how many material sources I used. I think there were many this time. ^^
I got a few of these sources from Pixabay and Pexcels. But I made some image elements myself (procedurally generated and / or modeled).
The materials I used are listed below.

Tools I used

  • Gimp 2.10.20 for all of the image manipulation works.
  • Inkscape for creating the "Howling" banner (to the left in the collage).
  • Blender 2.91 for all of the 3D modelling and posing works.

@shaka's template photo

This beautiful photo was made available and taken by our admin for round 62. It is the starting point for visual editing for this round, according to LMAC rules.
