Tempra of the Desert | LMAC Collage FreeStyle No. 46

For my Freestyle Collage No. 46, I wanted to portray an off-world desert scene surrounded by ethereal beauty and fascinating creatures. Masked with visions of the future can become, she reaches out to humans and animals alike to work together to claim a vibrant and sustainable planet for all.

I share with you my version of the theme.

I started with a previous LMAC contest image. This provided the lower half of the scene with the water landscape.

Next, my pure fractal I created in Apophysis 7X, an advanced version of the fractal rendering program, provided the mysterious and alluring upper background. The

My other pure fractals I created added a unique setting to the background:

Finally, a free-sourced female image added the delicate touch and sensitivity to the scene with her hope for a better future for her planet. Other images I located from the LMAC database, LIL, that were contributed by its members completed the scene.

To blend the images, I utilized Canva, the design program. Its features in my upgraded Annual Pro Membership Subscription allowed me to remove backgrounds, apply filters, and mix colors to achieve the blend with the backgrounds.

Starting with the blank canvas, I added the upper background fractal image and the lower half of the landscape with the LMAC water and rocks.

I feel that my pure fractal really stands out in the background of this scene.

Also, my other pure fractal that I used as the inside look into the woman's body shows her hopes for a brighter future.
