Let's Make a Collage - The blue witch

Hi community this is my entry for Let's Make a Collage:

The blue witch

According to legend ... the blue witch goes out to summon the witches for the big meeting. She is the only witch who can summon the witches directly.
The red witch is next in line. She will summon all the witches within a five mile radius of where she is. If the witches are not summoned directly, they will go out to find the red witch, following the blue witch's path.

"It's time for the witches".
