Hi collage makers , it's the 60th Round of make a collage contest, which means we are entering into another count going on 70, So I made a collage of a dream to the future. provided with a body of water, I designed a marine mermaid who has a fantasy of the future as becoming a queen with a drum man beside her and raining praises on her.
I had added a layer of the provided photo on the edited photo but masked to provide a feature of the mermaid been underneath water.

I used polish app and Photoshop express to make the collage . Motion effect was used to add to the number of the sea plants and arranged them following another .
