Art and science complement each other very well, I believe it is true that every science is an art and every art is a science. This week's edition is special because STEMsocial & Let's Make a Collage! are teaming up to create this wonderful and interesting challenge: Create a collage inspired by the mysterious dark matter.
Actually it is a real challenge to represent something that cannot be seen, as I understand that they do not emit or reflect light, but nevertheless it is a vital part of our universe, it seems that the universe requires this dark matter, without it everything would be totally different. This topic is very broad and interesting, I admire people who dedicate their time to analyze and understand what happens in the universe, if you want to know a little more about this @lemouth has published several articles about this.
In my collage I have depicted a group of astronauts whose mission is to find evidence about dark matter, but space is very active as usual, so a shower of shooting stars accompanies them. Here is the basic template for this week's contest
El arte y la ciencia se complementan muy bien, considero que es cierto eso que dicen que toda ciencia es un arte y que todo arte es una ciencia. La edición de esta semana es especial porque STEMsocial & Let's Make a Collage! se unen para crear este maravilloso e interesante reto: Crear un collage inspirado en la misteriosa materia oscura.En realidad es un verdadero reto representar algo que no puede verse, ya que tengo entendido que no emiten ni reflejan luz, pero sin embargo es una parte vital de nuestro universo, parece que el universo requiere de esta materia oscura, sin ella todo sería totalmente diferente. Este tema es muy amplio e interesante, admiro a las personas que dedican su tiempo para analizar y entender lo que ocurre en el universo, si desean conocer un poco mas acerca de esto @lemouth ha publicado varios articulos sobre esto.En mi collage represente a un grupo de astronautas cuya misión es encontrar evidencias acerca de la materia oscura, pero el espacio esta muy activo como siempre, así que una lluvia de estrellas fugaces los acompaña. For the creation of the collage I chose some images from pixabay and from the Lmac image gallery, in which you can find several images of all categories thanks to the contribution of the members of the community and the effort of the administrators, below I show you the images used by me in this occasion and the direct link to the gallery.
Para la creación del collage elegi algunas imagenes de pixabay y de la galeria de imagenes Lmac, en la cual se puede encontrar diversas imagenes de todas las categorias gracias a la contribución de los miembros de la comunidad y a el esfuerzo de los administradores, a continuación les muestro las imagenes usadas por mi en esta ocasión y el enlace directo a la galeria.

Creación del collage.
For the creation of the collage I used Macromedia Fireworks 8 software. Once I selected the images from the gallery and pixabay that I wanted to use. I edited each one of them to fit my image, removing what I considered not necessary, I reflected the images in the template and drew the shooting stars, first I made a circle and blurred, so it gives the impression of the elongated trail of light typical of these stars, then I added 8 photos to make the animation loop.
Para la creación del collage use el Software Macromedia Fireworks 8. Una vez seleccionada las imagenes de la galeria y de pixabay que deseaba usar. Edite cada una de ellas para que se ajustara a mi imagen, removiendo lo que considere no necesario, refleje las imagenes en la plantilla y dibuje las estrellas fugaces, primero realice un circulo y difumine, asi da la impresión alargada de la estela de luz tipicas de estas estrellas, despues adicione 8 fotográmas para poder realizar el bucle de la animación.
