Roppongi Hills ( Roppongi Hiruzu ) is a development project in Tokyo and one of the largest integrated property developments in Japan, located in the Roppongi Minato district of Tokyo.

Built by conglomerate Minoru Mori, this mega-complex combines office space, apartments, shops, restaurants, cafes, cinemas, museums, hotels, large TV studios, an outdoor amphitheater and several parks. The centerpiece is the 54-story Mori Tower. Mori's stated vision is to build integrated developments where high-rise inner urban communities allow people to live, work, play and shop within close proximity to eliminate travel time. He argued that this would increase leisure time, quality of life, and benefit Japan's national competitiveness. Seventeen years after the initial conception of the design, the complex opened to the public on April 25, 2003. The architecture and use of space are documented in the book Six Strata: Roppongi Hills Redefined.
