SOY EMPRENDEDORA CUANDO

Esto me pone a reflexionar, sobre mis cualidades y atributos cuando esto se me presenta esta afirmación, me resulta interesante hacer una retrospectiva y recordar desde cuando eso aparece en mi experiencia y hace que me integre como emprendedora.

**```Soy observadora de oportunidades```** Es una cuestión de sentidos activados, sobre todo al escuchar una conversación, me sucede sobre todo cuando me encuentro con emprendedores, claro esto también me hace reconocerme como emprendedora, eso de constantemente reunirme y tener conversaciones con emprendedores es una forma de mantenerse activa y además de hacer comunidad. De lo que se trata: ver oportunidades, es activar las ideas que surgen, como un músculo ejercitado en el que uno siempre incorpora las posibilidades infinitas de hacer crecer el negocio. Por ejemplo: En el mundo del anfitrionaje, en el caso de las posadas estar atentos a los huéspedes, se suma ahora, otra forma de iterar, en el mundo y en un país como Venezuela, mirar como una tremenda oportunidad, por aquello de dejar el país, en función de mantener el vínculo con el país de origen, siempre recomiendo no vender los inmuebles y por el contrario, ponerlos a producir mientras se está en ese otro país al que decidiste mudarte y la forma es arreglar los apartamentos o casas para que otras personas pueden alquilarlo por noches, adicionalmente alquilar los puestos de estaciones y todo esto bajo las plataformas de alojamientos para alquilar que están funcionando en el mundo. Esto es interesante porque aparte de soltar esa inquietud dramática que implica inmigrar, es verlo diferente, en el sentido de mirar esto también como una oportunidad de tener libertad geográfica, porque aquello de las fronteras, lo dicta la sociedad y la cultura, mientras que en lo personal viajar, conocer otros lugares, no tiene límites, los confines están solo en la mente. Entonces probar otras latitudes ya no tiene que ser algo tan sufrido y al contrario, movilizarse a otros lugares como parte de lo humano que somos, verlo natural es mejor que “irse del país”, porque los planes pueda que uno los haga, pero que se cumplan no dependen de cada uno.

HACER UN CLIENTE NO UNA VENTA

Se trata de tener acciones que nos hagan crecer como emprendedores y poner toda la intención y voluntad en ganar un cliente, esto es totalmente diferente a hacer una venta. Es dejar la huella en el cliente de repetir la experiencia, por aquello que le ha maravillado el producto. Creo que esta mentalidad, a los emprendedores nos habilita en sostener vínculos infinitos, a diferencia de una venta que termina en escasos minutos en cuanto el proceso de compra y venta se ejecuta. Por lo tanto el espíritu de hacer clientes es una verdadera pulsión en mantener una relación donde siempre sabremos que los beneficios mutuos estarán de prioridad tanto para nuestro cliente como para nosotros como proveedores. El esmero en ofrecer una experiencia para hacer ese cliente, es la inspiración y forma de las ideas que surgen como parte de la buena atención y el ánimo de la atención y la confianza. Para que perdure la relación cliente proveedor. En este sentido, considero parte importante mantener la calidad del servicio, cuyo impacto harán la diferencia y la preferencia en un mercado tan demandante de servicios parecidos a los que hacemos todos. Por eso la idea de solo ganar dinero, en ocasión nos roba la posibilidad de ser la preferencia y esto sucede en las sutilezas de lo cotidiano. Por eso hay que superar esa brecha de lo que antes se concebía como un negocio y mantener estrategias innovadoras que atraigan la confianza y seguridad por la que nos eligen.

MAKE A CUSTOMER, NOT A SALE.

It is about having actions that make us grow as entrepreneurs and put all the intention and will to win a customer, this is totally different from making a sale. It is to leave a mark on the customer to repeat the experience, because of what the product has amazed him. I believe that this mentality enables entrepreneurs to sustain infinite bonds, unlike a sale that ends in a few minutes as soon as the buying and selling process is executed. Therefore, the spirit of making customers is a real drive to maintain a relationship where we always know that mutual benefits will be a priority for both our customer and for us as suppliers. The care in offering an experience to make that customer, is the inspiration and shape of the ideas that arise as part of the good service and the spirit of care and trust. So that the customer-supplier relationship endures. In this sense, I consider important to maintain the quality of service, whose impact will make the difference and preference in a market so demanding of services similar to those we all do. That is why the idea of only making money, sometimes robs us of the possibility of being the preference and this happens in the subtleties of everyday life. That is why we have to overcome this gap of what used to be conceived as a business and maintain innovative strategies that attract the confidence and security for which we are chosen.
