Bueno, todo me orienta a los granos, verduras y con bastante aliño (ya que están llenos de aroma y sabor). Los ingredientes los tengo a la mano. ¡Nada podrá evitar probar un bocado de deliciosos granos.*** > ***¡Hello dear Hive friends! ***LOS INGREDIENTES QUE NECESITAS PARA ESTA PREPARACIÓN:*** ***- 1/2 kg de granos marrones*** ***- 1/2 kg de auyama.*** ***- 1/2 kg de pasta.*** ***- Trozos de pollo.*** ***- 1/2 cucharada de sal (al hervir los granos).*** ***- 4 cucharadas de aceite vegetal (Para sofreír los aliños).*** ***- 1/ 4 cucharada de sal (Al sofreír los aliños).*** ***- 1 cabeza de ajo pequeña.*** ***- 3 ajies.***

***Se preguntaran: ¿Granos? ¿En qué tiempo los pongo a remojar?. Bueno aquí les tengo la respuesta... tienen un tiempo relativo de 1 hora para lavar e ir cambiando el agua de los granos en 2 remojos (cada uno de ellos en 30 minutos)*** ***Luego pueden cocinar los granos por un aproximado de 20 minutos y botar esa primera agua con la ayuda de un colador. Procedan a cubrir los granos NUEVAMENTE con un aproximado de 1 y 1/2 litros de agua (cocinándose a fuego medio o alto). Todo depende de que tan rápidos quieres que estén.*** ***Agrega la cucharada de sal.***

***A las unidades de ajíes... les quitamos las semillas y picando finamente todo se ve más bonito. Seguidamente procedí a picar los dientes de ajo.***

***Poco a poco se fue uniendo la auyama en trozos. Que linda diversidad de colores y sabores.*** ***En un solo caldero. Añadimos las cucharadas de aceite y 1/4 de sal para sofreír por un par de minutos estas delicias sazonadoras. Todo ese poder lo agregamos a los granos que van ablandando. Mover un poco para incorporar los ingredientes.***

***Damos paso a las verdura... Sin ellas este plato no tendría la cremosidad y esencia especial. Que tan solo da este productos resultantes de la bondad de la tierra.*** ***Añadimos la auyama ya picada.***

***Cuando el frijol va ablandando y va obteniendo consistencia con la auyama. Podemos agregar la pasta o espagueti. Probamos como está de sal o de aliño. Aunque en este caso no faltó nada de condimento o aliño extra.***
