Float Like a Butterfly. Sting Like a Bee.

The Hive community is like Mohammad Ali

I love how we showed the entire world we could do it all by ourselves. That we didn't need anyone to dictate how we should act or think. It shows we don't need anyone to direct us. We can grow and be better all by ourselves.

We took hits and each time got back on our knees. We showed them we can stand up for ourselves and even retaliated when provoked. We held together and fought for our beliefs.

THIS IS HIVE. AND NOBODY CAN TAKE IT FROM US.

We are flowers blossoming, and just like the world is going through a renewal, we are also fighting for web and monetary renewal. The path is long and hard, the success rate is low but the march is on.

I've learnt that it's hard taking the path that seems harder. We naturally tend to err on the caution side. Survival is what makes us chose one way over the other. Even though the risk is low, most will tend to chose what causes the less emotional and physical impact between two offered choices. And that is normal. But something you care about is threatened and emotion gets the best of you, the survival aspect sometimes gets out of the way.

This is sometimes for the best. Those are times when the heart speaks louder than the brain. The boring filter than is our brain gets out of the way and our whole being is being shown in all its glory.

We should stay like that. We are beautiful when our cocoon is slowly breaking and we deploy our wings. We are the best of ourselves: pure and transparent. This is what we can't be anywhere in our society. Fear is what blinds us from this beauty. At first, it's scary. Sure. But once you learn to live with it, you come to appreciate it. You learn that you are afraid, you are broken but you can be fixed. Because nothing is stale. Time is flowing and everything changes, morphs and become past.

Then it's all a vague souvenir. Let's try to make it a good one while we can.
