šŸ„¶Cold exposure - Wim Hof method in mountainšŸ”

Spring has come and the warm days are coming. Not in the high parts of the mountain. The place is Vitosha mountain. The snows are melting and the temperature in the rivers is icy. There is still a lot of snow and ice. This is perfect for me to practice the Wim Hoff method.

Every day I take cold showers. However, this cannot be compared to the freezing ice water in the mountains. The experience is different. The feeling of merging with nature, of merging with the pure cold water, of listening to the river flow .... incredible.

The plan was to dive in one of my favorite places where there is a small waterfall and a pool. However, due to the melting snow the current there was brutal. Maybe tons of water were pouring in per second. I didn't take pictures of the place but imagine something like a small Niagara Falls .I decided not to take any chances and looked for another place.

After a short search, I found this small river near the road. I didn't have time to waste. After three sets of breathing techniques in the car, I took off my clothes and headed for the water.

In addition to physical preparation, this practice requires strong concentration and strength of mind. I did two dives and the effect as always was amazing. Strong influx of energy and inner feeling of joy. I highly recommend the method to anyone who wants to be healthy, strong and happy.
