Destress Saturday!

A hell of a week

I have to be completely honest, I started the week on Monday with a hangover after a family party that got out of hand on Sunday.
Not a smart move, I know, but I am only human.


The rest of the work week was one of rushing, rushing and more rushing. My colleague was in quarantine with a corona contamination. So I had to do things all alone. Which made me completely neckered yesterday. And then the obvious happens on Saturday, work is over and I am full of adrenaline and tensed up. So, I had to do something to get the stress out of me. I chose sport, this morning I went to the gym and this afternoon I rode 50 kilometres with my race bike…

It surely made me tired, let’s hope the adrenaline is gone tomorrow!
